2. Constant current control technology: the locked-rotor current of the electric vehicle controller is completely consistent with the dynamic running current, which ensures the battery life and improves the starting torque of the electric vehicle motor.

3. Automatic identification of motor mode system: automatically identify the commutation angle, Hall phase and motor output phase of the electric vehicle motor. As long as the power line, handle line and brake line of the controller are not connected incorrectly, the input and output mode of the motor can be automatically identified, which can save the trouble of wiring the brushless electric vehicle motor and greatly reduce the use requirements of the electric vehicle controller.

4. Follow-up abs system: It has the function of anti-charging/automobile EABS braking, introduces the automobile level EABS anti-lock technology, and achieves the effect of silence and softness of the EABS braking. No matter the comfort and stability of the brake at any speed, the original abs will not brake at low speed, and will not damage the motor completely, reduce the mechanical braking force and pressure of the mechanical brake, and reduce the brake noise, It greatly increases the safety of vehicle braking; In addition, when braking, decelerating or taxiing downhill, the energy generated by EABS is fed back to the battery, which has the effect of reverse charging, so as to maintain the battery, extend the battery life and increase the driving range. Users can adjust the braking depth of EABS according to their own riding habits.

5. Motor locking system: in the alert state, the controller will automatically lock the motor when giving an alarm. The controller has almost no power consumption, has no special requirements for the motor, and has no impact on the normal implementation of electric vehicles in the case of battery undervoltage or other abnormal conditions.

6. Self-inspection function: It is divided into dynamic self-inspection and static self-inspection. As long as the controller is in the power-on state, it will automatically detect the relevant interface state, such as the rotary handle, brake handle or other external switches. In case of a fault, the controller will automatically implement protection to fully ensure the safety of riding. When the fault is eliminated, the protection state of the controller will automatically recover.

7. Reverse charging function: when braking, decelerating or coasting downhill, the energy generated by EABS is fed back to the battery, which has the effect of reverse charging, so as to maintain the battery, extend the battery life and increase the driving range.

8. Locked rotor protection function: automatically judge whether the motor is in the fully locked rotor state or in the running state or in the motor short circuit state during the overcurrent. If the motor is in the running state during the overcurrent, the controller will set the current limit value at a fixed value to maintain the driving capacity of the whole vehicle; If the motor is in a pure locked-rotor state, the controller will control the current limit value below 10A after 2 seconds to protect the motor and battery and save electric energy; If the motor is in short circuit, the controller will control the output current below 2A to ensure the safety of the controller and battery.

9. Dynamic and static phase loss protection: refers to the protection of the controller in case of phase failure of any phase of the electric vehicle motor when the motor is running, to avoid motor burning, and to protect the electric vehicle battery and extend the battery life.

10. Dynamic protection function of power tube: the controller monitors the working condition of power tube in real time during dynamic operation. Once the power tube is damaged, the controller will immediately implement protection to prevent the phenomenon that the cart is more laborious after other power tubes are damaged due to chain reaction.

11. Anti-slip function: It solves the problem of runaway of brushless electric vehicle controller caused by rotating handle or line fault, and improves the safety of the system.

12.1+1 power assist function: users can adjust the use of self-help or reverse power assist to realize the auxiliary power in the riding and make the rider feel more relaxed.

13. Cruise function: the automatic/manual cruise function is integrated, and the user can select it by himself according to the need, enter the cruise in 8 seconds, and stabilize the driving speed without handle control.

14. Mode switching function: users can switch electric mode or power assist mode.

15. Anti-theft alarm function: ultra-quiet design, introduction of car-level remote anti-theft concept, higher anti-theft stability, lockable motor in alarm state, alarm horn sound effect up to 125 dB above, with a strong deterrent force. With self-learning function, the remote control distance is up to 150 meters without error code.

16. Reversing function: the controller adds the reversing function. When the user is riding normally, the reversing function fails; When the user stops, press the reversing function key to assist in reversing, and the maximum reversing speed shall not exceed 10km/h.

17. Remote control function: advanced remote control technology, 256 encryption algorithms, multi-level adjustable sensitivity, better encryption performance, and no duplication of code, greatly improving the stability of the system, and self-learning function, remote control distance up to 150 meters without error code.

18. High-speed control: adopt the latest single-chip microcomputer specially designed for motor control, and add the new BLDC control algorithm, which is applicable to the control of high-speed, medium-speed or low-speed motors below 6000rpm.

19. Motor phase: 60 ° and 120 ° motors are automatically compatible. Both 60 ° and 120 ° motors can be compatible without any modification of settings.
